Terms of order execution
Order processing begins within 3 working days from the date of sending the application from this site.
The order will be accepted for processing only on the condition that all information provided by the Customer in the application is true.
To clarify the details of the order, our employees can send an email to the mailing address specified by the Customer in the application. If the Customer does not respond to this letter within 7 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.
The test server configuration is selected based on the information provided by the Customer in the application, as well as in additional correspondence by e-mail.
After clarifying all the details of the order and accepting it for processing, the Customer is informed about the timing of the preparation of the test server configuration.
After launching the test server, links to the installation packages of client versions of the program, instructions for installing them, activating and configuring them to connect to the test server, as well as standard templates for exporting and importing information into the program will be sent to the mail address specified by the Customer in the application.
The test server configuration is provided to the Customer for use for up to 30 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed when specifying the details of the order.
Denial of responsibility
The test version of the "TV Market" program is provided free of charge, absolutely freely, as an act of goodwill, without the conclusion of any agreements or contracts between its owner and the Customer, which is the right of the program owner, not his duty. The owner is not responsible for non-fulfillment of the order, regardless of the reason for the refusal.
The functioning of the test version of the server is fully funded by the owner of the program, so he has the right to set a schedule for the server, pause or restart it if necessary. The owner is not responsible for the unavailability of the test server on the network at a particular point in time, regardless of the reason for this.
The test version of the "TV Market" program is provided to the Customer "as is", with all possible errors and shortcomings contained in it. The owner is not responsible for possible malfunctions of the program caused by the errors it contains or incorrect actions of the users.
The owner of the program is not responsible for any related losses or any damage (including all, without exception, cases of loss of profit, business interruption, loss of business information or other losses and losses) associated with the use or inability to use the test version of the program by the Customer.
